48 hours. No questions. Money back in your account within 5-7 business days.

How to ask

Email help@biomatri.in from the address you used at checkout with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your order ID if you have it handy — we'll find it either way.

Window

Within 48 hours of purchase, refunds are automatic. After 48 hours, we still process refunds where the PDF didn't match the template, the email didn't arrive, or the service broke in any other way that wasn't your fault. Just write to us.

Add-ons

Premium template upgrade, privacy lock, vanity URL, photo studio, and translation packs follow the same 48-hour window. Vanity URLs that have been claimed are non-refundable after claim is confirmed on the share link.

Timing

Razorpay typically credits the refund back to your card or UPI account within 5-7 business days. If it's been longer, write to us and we'll chase it down.
