Privacy policy

We built biomatri so you could make a beautiful biodata without signing up, without giving us your name, and without anyone ever knowing you used it. This page explains exactly what we keep, why, and for how long.

What we collect

  • The biodata you type. Stored only to render your PDF and the optional share link. Deleted 90 days after your last activity.
  • Your email address. Used to send your PDF and the magic re-download link. Never sold, never marketed to, never shared.
  • Razorpay payment metadata. The amount, currency, and order ID — no card numbers ever touch our servers.
  • A salted, rotating IP hash. Used to rate-limit the AI features. The raw IP is never persisted.

What we don't collect

  • Your name, gender, religion, caste, or any matching profile.
  • Browsing history, cross-site tracking pixels, third-party analytics SDKs.
  • Anyone you share your biodata with.

Where it lives

PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest, AWS S3-compatible). The database is hosted in Asia-South-1. Email delivery is via Resend. We use Razorpay for payments. That's the full vendor list.

Asking for your data — or its removal

Email help@biomatri.in from the address you used at checkout and we'll send your full record back to you, or delete it on the spot. We respond within 48 hours.
